Flowers purpose is to slow down the motion of your staff when performing contact moves. They are a great help especially when learning.
We offer 2 types of flowers:
▹Fire - Standard : High temperature silicone flowers for utilisation with fire contact staff.
▹Practice : EPDM flowers for utilisation with regular contact staff (do not use with fire staffs).
