▹1/2″ natural Cotton rope, pre-shrunk. Advantage: this super soft and light weight material also has a nice natural grip.

*How long should it be?: Measure the distance from the ground to your eyes, this should give you the standard length for your size. A bit longer will make the spinning slower/easier for contact moves, while shorter will make the spinning faster/a little harder for contact moves.
