This contact staff design checks all the boxes; durability due to the carbon fiber shaft (+ it weights 33% less than regular aluminium), combined with larger/heavier wicks to create more momentum by directing all the weight to the extremeties, and a large surface gripped with silicone or Gravity Grip which is possible due to both grips' fire resistance quality. These grips also provide a cushy & tacky surface ideal for contact techniques. Finally, black silicone covers the ends between the wicks and the grip to act as a heat shield; there is no exposed metal to worry about.

The wicks are made of 100% pure kevlar, which provides the best quality and durability we’ve experienced over the past years. We offer 2 styles of wicks:
▹Roll 4″ Large –> 4″ long x 2 1/4″ diameter.
▹Braided –> 4″ long with super absorbent core.
Grip options:
a) Gravity Grip is a micro textured silicone that has all the tackiness of silicone but won't become as slippery when wet. It also demonstrated low degradation and high performances under different weather conditions. This super soft and cushy material will quickly become the best ally of your contact journey. Please note "rust" is the only color option available.
b) The silicone grip is extremely durable and tacky, but may become a bit slippery under wet conditions.
